She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has shaped national and international logistics programs through roles in sustainment, asset visibility, and process improvement. As the CEO of Provision Realty, LLC, and Provision Real Estate Academy, Dr. Collier is also a licensed broker, instructor, and mentor to aspiring real estate professionals.
